" We moved to the Denver area from Atlanta in late 2016, and planned to rent until we could find a home to purchase. Little did we know how competitive the Denver market was! Kathy has a comprehensive marketing plan to sell your house. She customizes a strategy just for you and your circumstances. She knows all sides of marketing and is very capable. She is not afraid to hit the streets and promote your open house (maybe not now, thanks COVID!). She charges a fair price, but what you get in return is superb! She spends the money to do things right. Your house photos will be amazing, her marketing content will be spectacular. You will be one of the top listings on MLS. As I mentioned...20 showings in 2 days, 3 offers in hand, sold over asking price (during COVID!). Need I say more? She goes beyond expectations. She checked on the house we were selling often, added chlorine to our pool, and so much more to save us the hassle of driving down and doing it ourselves (we live 45 minutes away now). During the sale of our house, the other realtor snuck something into the contract that added an extra expense to us. We didn't catch it until after we signed, and Kathy stepped up and owned the responsibility of combing the contract for sneaky stuff and covered the added $1000 expense out of her own pocket. This is not to say Kathy isn't thorough. She is extremely thorough. I say this to point out that Kathy is a standup person and a professional. I can't say enough positive things about Kathy. If you need to buy or sell a house, Kathy is your realtor. "
